The hotel's decor is simply stunning, with beautiful furnishings and a charming atmosphere throughout. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a sense of elegance and sophistication that made me instantly feel at ease. The general areas were well-maintained and offered plenty of comfortable seating for resting and socializing. What impressed me the most was the hotel's accessibility for senior people like myself. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy for me to navigate the different floors without any difficulties.

I would have asked for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children working there could have provided more assistance with carrying luggage. A helping hand from the staff members, especially when it comes to handling heavy bags, would have greatly improved the overall experience for us seniors.

The service was absolutely decent. The room we booked was brand-new and cozy with a balcony. The breakfast was more than adequate and reasonable and offered plenty of options.

Very attentive people working here, comfortable place. Nice bed in the deluxe double room, plus a safe, an electronic key card, and a work desk. Good views, good location short walk to the Night Market, shops and many restaurants and the center of the city. For tea or coffee visit Hard Rock Cafe nearby. Excellent service provided. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. What a fine stay, no complaints whatsoever.

The deluxe double room was big with a good view. The hotel was located in the heart of the city. Being walking distance from Le Jardin was nice, we had dinner there. Our stay was good, would recomand this venue to anyone.

We booked a spotlessly clean room with balcony, everything was great! It had central location close to Ao Show. They offered us great meals, had a wide range of options to choose from.

Staff was very very helpful, and facilities were great here. Nice beds and a safe box, multi-channel TV and a sitting area. Lots of food available in the café.

My favorite property in Ho Chi Minh City. Special fantastic central hotel. They provided excellent service. The pool was covered, good after a tiring day.

The location was super convenient, with Nguyen Hue Walking Street and Nha Rong Wharf just a stone's throw away. We had a blast exploring the city and immersing ourselves in the local culture at the War Remnants Museum and Opera House. The hotel staff was chill and helpful, and the rooftop pool was dope for cooling off after exploring all day.

If I had to pick one thing, it would be that the hotel could use a little more fun for party animals like us. Maybe some cool events or a happening bar where we can turn up and meet new people.

The hotel was pleasant, good value, perfect for us. Location in the heart of the city was a plus. We had really enjoyable 1 day here, the room was big size with good bathroom, adequate hanging, a balcony.

We were pleasantly surprised by the 4-star hotel we stayed at here. The location in District 1 was excellent, with many restaurants and spas within walking distance. The staff were professional and always went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel itself was stunning, with a beautiful lobby, pool, and dining room that gave off a luxurious vibe. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to family and friends.
